Welcome to The Easingwold Waggy Dog Walker!

​After over twenty five years working as a primary school teacher, Claire set up The Easingwold Waggy Dog Walker to follow a passion for working with animals. This year, husband Stuart joins after a long career as a Deputy Head and maths teacher. 

 

We have had dogs all our lives, along with numerous other small animals and birds. We can often be seen walking or running with Frida, our Swiss Shepherd, and occasionally our twins (off lead!) around Easingwold.  Please say hello if you see us!

We spend much of our time looking after the dogs who stay with us while their parents are on holiday, at work or socialising, aka home boarding and daycare, and also walk dogs during the day time. No matter what the weather we will be out there making sure your dog(s) get the exercise and attention needed to keep them fit and happy. We have vast experiences with dogs and know all too well the different personalities and traits a dog can have.  We understand that just like children, they need appropriate exercise and stimulation, and that your pet is happiest when in the care of people that they know and trust. 

 

We offer a flexible range of dog walking and home boarding services with the wellbeing of dogs, cats and other pets at the centre of everything that we do. We are experienced and fully insured and DBS checked, and Claire is North Yorkshire Council registered (licence number ANBRD-126481-E), pet first aid trained, and holds City and Guilds Level 2 Certificate of Technical Competence in Dog Walking, and IMDT Level 3 Professional Daycare and Boarding.
